🏡 Please Follow These Rules

1. No loud noise after 11 pm.
2. No eating or drinks in the bedrooms.
3. Smoking is not allowed inside the house — outdoor areas only.
4. No parties in the house.
5. No pets.
6. Please treat the house with the same respect as your own home.
7. No guns.
8. Throw toilet paper in the trash can — do not flush it.
9. Please dispose of food scraps in the trash (no garbage disposal).
10. No recreational drugs.
11. Don't hang wet clothes on balconies — use the washer/dryer and clothesline in the laundry area.
12. Use only the house parking spot or the street. Do not use or block neighbors' spots.
13. Only registered guests may stay overnight. No more than 4 additional visitors during the day.

🗑️ Trash

• Trash receptacles in the kitchen and yard — only the one in front is collected by the City of Dominicus.
• Kitchen receptacle is to the right of the sink; replacement bags are under the sink.
• If you can't find bags, send us a message and we'll bring a new pack.
• Please put all trash in the front container before departure.

🔒 Safe Box

• Safe located in the master bedroom closet.
• Access code will be sent upon arrival.

📊 How It Works

• After departure, you'll be asked for payment accompanied by a CPEM report showing initial and final electricity meter readings.
• A consumption reader is located above the fuse box — check it when you arrive and before you leave.
